  Both my husband and myself are very disappointed with The institution AltaOne Federal Credit Union and their Unethical, dishonest business Practices!! Their sales agents ( who do Auto Loans) in the lobby don’t know what they’re doing and made tons of mistakes, not well trained at all! Their supervisors and managers are rude and condescending! We feel they were deceitful in our auto loan process ! Making promises and changing Their Word a dozen times! They approved us both! But continued to Ask us to jump through hoops over and over that we’re never satisfactory once we accomplished them! Our agent Bertha stated In the beginning saying that bank statements were sufficient To prove income as it was direct deposit into alta one, which later was changed again! Alta one offered us the Monthly special promo of 90 day deferral, low interest-rate and cashback offer Which later was changed! (Do NOT be fooled by their false advertisements) although this was promised again at the end They would never be put in writing!! Be sure to GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!! They later recant all their promises! I personally had Received a certificate of approval, Signed by Alta One and then being told the paper was no good after I flew to Sacramento to pick up a car from my previous employer! (Which HONDA FINANCIAL was Happy to finance our 4th vehicle !!! With no drama or lies or false Advertisement ! Up until yesterday AltaOne did NOT even say that THEY were going to average my income for two years (from tax returns in order to qualify my auto loan, after being given a certificate of approval ) (another HOOP & Lie) In fact, all auto dealerships and other banks only ask for six months of stable income Verification! We have Decided to REPORT ALTAONE to BBB and other Agencies so that others are not mistreated and lied to! In addition we feel Alta One Gives misleading information makes repeated false statements As well as Not following the truth in lending act!! I’ve already close my account and my husband is going to be closing his account and removing his 6 figure income from AltaOne Bank!! After discussing this with people who have lives here in California City their whole lives, they agree and said they would never do business with them!! We recently found out that they do not belong to the NCUA And govern themselves apart from legal agencies! Seriously and Concerned The Kline’s

  They tout an anti bullying policy that is not upheld by the staff and children who are bullied are left behind with no one to advocate for them. The school consistently rules in favor of the bully and never lets the other child defend themselves.
